great location attentive staff spacious room
The hotel's location was excellent. It was a short walk to the beach. The street outside had many shops and restaurants. I found it very convenient. The infinity pool had an excellent view. I spent a lot of time there. The staff was attentive. They promptly addressed my requests. Room service was fast. My food and drinks arrived quickly. The buggy service was very useful. It helped me navigate the hotel easily. My room was spacious. It had a good view of the pool and the ocean. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean. This was very convenient. The air conditioning worked efficiently. It kept the room cool.
The shampoo quality was bad. It slightly affected my hair.

helpful staff noodle station
The hotel location was really good. The staff also helped bring my things as I was on the top floor. View from my balcony included nice scenery. I enjoyed the daily breakfast service. It featured fresh fruit and a delicious noodle station. I also liked the easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
The shower had inconsistent temperature and pressure.

a stay with some minor issues
infinity pool pool bar thin walls distant room
the infinity pool was fine. it had a well-priced pool bar. there was also another pool to use, though most people favored the infinity pool. the breakfast was good with a mix of european and thai options.
our room was 636 and i was quite disappointed. i feel the room does not reflect the quality shown in some photos. our room was far from the main reception building. the walls are thin, and i could hear conversations from the next room.

Excellent Hotel with Infinity Pool
excellent breakfast infinity pool amazing views
The buffet breakfast was excellent at 400 baht per person. It offered very good value for its amazing selection. I enjoyed the fabulous infinity pool at the top of the hill. The pool was long and great for swimming. The views were amazing. The juices and cocktails available poolside were also great.
The back and front doors in my initial room did not lock properly

spacious room free service
The room was super spacious! the bathroom included a whirl bath tub on the balcony! the 24hr golf buggy service completely transports you from your room to reception, and vice versa. It's free!
The stiff bed might be too much for some people. It was not a problem for me, though.

infinity pool poolside cocktails great location
the infinity pool provided an amazing view. i loved the long swims, and the poolside cocktails were fantastic. i spent most of my time here, it really seemed like a getaway. the location was perfect, very close to the main street. dining and activities were accessible. the staff was friendly, they were always happy to help.
the gym could use a little update.

Very nice Stay with Amazing Views

Room 821 was superb! Its location at the hotel's peak near the infinity pool provided amazing views. Waking up to the sight of the entire bay through the curtains was AMAZING!!! The staff proved to be consistently helpful and always available.
